I was just wondering what other cardio could i get to change up my step aerobics!Cathe has sooooo many dvds to choose from!What floor cardio do some of you do, and how does it work for you!
I also like kick max. Some say they like KPC better, but I like them both equally. I also like cardio kicks for variety. I personally hate hi/lo. After three kids, I just jiggle too much for it to be fun (and comfortable).
I'm going out on a limb and saying Drill Max. I, myself, hate hi/lo, but this is different. The cardio drills aren't really coreographed and are very different than typical hi/lo. You use the step, but more as a prop than anything else. JMO. I love the drills
I like the cardio in Step, Pump, and Jump. There is a little step work but, it's mostly easy to follow floor cardio mixed with strength training. Kick, Punch, & Crunch is a good one too.
Anything kickboxing. I love Cathe's kickboxing workouts. If you're not familiar with kickboxing I suggest you get Kick, Punch and Crunch before any other just because it has an instructional segment at the beginning where Cathe explains all the types of punches and kicks you will do in the workout and how to do them. Of course the dvd is awesome because you get a great kickboxing workout that ends with a stability ball segment for your abs and a great stretch, but it also comes with legs & glutes (another killer strength workout) and it has great premixes.
