Does anyone watch this show on Bravo? I'm obsessed with it. I have such a crush on Jeff Lewis even though he is a control freak psycho! :p
 
Ha! That's funny. One of the contractors featured on the show (Frank) is actually a very good friend of mine. He's known Jeff for 10+ years. I recently just started watching the show. I think it's a very entertaining cast. I love Jen.

I asked Frank if Jeff is hamming it for the show, but he said Jeff has always been anal and OCD like that. And, yes, his house is absolutely spotless. You can literally eat off the floors.
 
I also just love this show! I've watched it since day one. I think Jeff would be really fun to have as a friend. My sister, who hates any kind of reality show, is now hooked on it.

Can't wait till tonight's show where he apparently gets food poisoning from really old bacon or something!
 
Haha I can't wait either! I was dying when he was ripping on Zoila about the citizenship. She is so cute; I love her & Jen!

I'm not sure I could ever work for that man. His ideas are great and I love watching him design but he would probably make me cry. I don't think I would ever make a mistake in getting too little salsa though; I'm anal about that stuff too lol. Denise, I agree with you, it would prob be a lot of fun to hang out with him but working for him might be difficult!
 
Yep, working with him would be difficult! He'd definitely make me cry. I'm pretty anal about a lot of things, but I'd be so worried that I'd make a mistake, I'd be a total basket case. Jeff amazes me how he can look at a room/house and know exactly how to renovate/redecorate it. He's got awesome taste and decorating skills. Did you see when he was a guest judge on that design show on Bravo? I can't remember the name of it...Top Design, maybe?

I love Zoila and Jen, too. Zoila is so cute and I love her interactions with Jeff. What's great is that they all seem to care a lot about each other.

Frank the contractor seems like a nice guy, and he must also be really patient and levelheaded! I think some contractors would be tempted to throw a hammer at Jeff at times!!

I love the show too! I love his wittiness - the same way I love Kathy Griffen. :) I loved the show when he is trying to hook up Zoila and she asked that contractor to dinner.... she's great!!

There is no way I could work for him either - I would be a basket case making sure I didnt show up late or not get enough salsa... :)

It was a homeless person named Spirit who lived behind one of the bungalos that they were renovating for Chaz Dean, the celebrity stylist. Apparently Spirit had lived there for something like 15 years, and Jeff was of course making crass comments about the smell, etc, and then Spirit was found dead. The previews made it look like someone close to Jeff, like a relative, had passed away.

This Tuesday is the reunion show and from the previews, it looks like Jeff and Ryan really get into it. Love them all....:D
 
I'm excited for the reunion show! It's bittersweet though cuz now what am I gonna watch Tues nights when the season is over??? :(
