FlexTrain

Absolutely loved this workout!
I'm on my active recovery week after STS meso 1 (doing the 6-month rotation). And, as my goal is body enhancement, not weight loss, I was trying to stick to low-impact activities like walking/nordic walking, light cycling, barre-style workouts, yoga/pilates/fusion, etc. But, today I decided to shake it up a bit, just to keep my drive. Arrival of new downloads came in handy).
So, I picked Flex Train (seems to mix well with STS routines, by the way) and loved it:).

As all Cathe's circuit/metabolic workouts, it is intense but not insane (as a BeachBody Insanity graduate mysefl, I do appreciate zero dread factor that Cathe delivers, as well as intensity).

Flex Train is mostly low-impact and highly adjustable, as you can always go heavier/lighter, squat deeper and jumpt higher (or vice versa, if feel tired).

I do not think that I have given it all, 'cause it was the first time doing it and 'cause I do need to recover a bit (tend to lift intensely when do weights), but I did feel it! Guess, the calorie burn and the effect on my muscles are both just right!

I haven't got my dvds yet - but quite a few sound like they'll fit in with STS (I'm doing 6 months too) - glad to hear this one does! Thanks for the review
