Hi Cathe, I have a question about rotations. I do my workouts in the morning at about 5:30 a.m. Week 1 I will do M/W/F Aerobics and lower body and abs, T/T/S Aerobics and upper body weights. Week 2 I will do M/W/F Circuit workout plus abs, T/T/S just cardio. I do stretch for about 10 min after each workout, but I would like to include more yoga and pilates. So I am going to try yoga T/T/S evenings and Pilates M/W/F evening. Is it better to do Pilates on the same day as stregth trainng and abs, or would it be O.K. to do it on alternate days. I am 41 years old and have 4 Children 10, 14, 16, 18 yrs. I have a full time job as a Hairdresser. Does this look like overtraining or is this O.K. Thanks Mel
