Does anyone know why I can't log into Fitprime anymore? I purchased a workout video in the swap and shop and I think I got duped because 3 weeks later I still haven't received the tape and the person is not responding to my emails. I can't log into Fitprime again to warn others and Fitprime is not responding to my emails either. I guess this is a learning experience and from now on if I want workout videos I'll go through Ebay. At least I am only out $10. Bummer. :-(

I think they made their forums now "paid membership only".

Maybe someone here has a membership and can post on your behalf?
 
I can get into fitprime and they don't have the swap and shop anymore.
It makes me kind of mad that they didn't save it. Alot of people might be having problems with it not there anymore.
I can post something there for you, if you want me too. Just email me on what you want me to say. I'd also report the bad swapper over at the ya ya's because they usually have a list of bad swappers there. Maybe this person is already on the list.
 
I think you have to subscribe for paid access to the forums on Fitprime. It doesn't surprise me that Fitprime is not answering your emails; I sent them 3 emails a while back regarding the Fitprime weekend and never got an answer. I attended the weekend anyway and had a blast but Fitprime is not really a company I like to do business with.

Her email address is: [email protected]. This was the name she told me to use to send a payment via Paypal. I have sent 3 emails and she hasn't replied. I remember someone else from the fitprime shop and swap was having trouble communicating with her, but I thought they got it resolved. Grrr...

Hi Firmscorpio. I can't get in at Fitprime and I've paid them with my credit card. It IS aggravating!!!! How're you honey? Good to "see" you! Janice
 
I like the workouts, but had a lot of trouble with the website. I ordered as much as I could from amazon.com , and then called to make sure that they sent the videos. Of the two orders, they came on a timely basis, especially since they are now using UPS Ground rather than the USPS. I refused to enter the "pay" forum because they do not seem to be well-organized. In any case, I hope to purchase the new vidoes coming out on June 3 with Suzan Harris. Good luck getting anything out of the website.
