Fitprime going under?

I just read an email of mine from FItprime saying you can no longer buy any of the fitprime videos, etc. (not that I care), I just wondered if anyone knew what was up with that. The email ended real wierd too, "It's been an adventure hasn't it?". Just thought I'd see if anyone knew what was up.

I read this on ya ya's. Apparently Anna will be launching a whole new set of workouts and decided the old ones would no longer be sold. You have until Friday and then that's it-kaput.
 
Hi, they are having a great sale until tomorrow after which no more orders will be taken. You can order two DVDs for only $19.95. Good deal!!!
 
I ordered from them for the very first time during the 2 dvd sale before Thanksgiving. By around Dec 8 or 9 I had not received my order so I emailed them. She said it was shipped before Turkey day and that she'd ship a replacement order the next day. 10 days later, again, nothing, so I cancelled it and got my money back. I got the email that they were going out of business with in those 10 days so I was not about to let her ship it out a THIRD time coz I knew then I would only be out the cash AND the dvds. This way I saved some $ to put towards Cathe istead.:)

They left a bad taste in my mouth...I would never have ordered from them again even if I GOT my dvds and they stayed in business.

Uh-oh. I hope I didn't get taken. I am very worried now considering I may not be able to get in touch with them about my order after today. I am wondering if I should just cancel my order or wait about 7 days and if I don't get it phone my credit card company and cancel.x(

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you nervous!;(

I can't say they are a bad company....I have no experience with them prior to this nor do I know anyone who does. Maybe my experience was a fluke?? I just don't understand how after ordering sooo many things on line and having them delivered with NO problems, this one order just wouldn't show up!?

I don't know if they will let you cancel the order if it's already been shipped coz the site says no returns. I think I was only able to do it because of the issue I had 2x in a row. You can try tho if you don't want to take the chance. Otherwise, if you don't receive your order, the call to the credit card company is a great idea! I'll bet that works.

Let me know what happens!:)

Don't worry till there is something to worry about! I've ordered a few times and always received my order pronto. Maybe like Wendy said, her experience was a fluke!
