Hey guys! I finished the KB/BC cardio premix- I love that workout. It just seems to fly by- I start out thinking oh man, 12 drills and then poof! Over already. 
I burned 707, but the last 100 was from my 10 minutes of Steady State Step, which I am trying to learn. It isn't Amy Bento choreography, but I have to rewind every now and again. It's a fun workout. I love step.
Veronika: It is a mom/tot class for both the kids-- the classes are back to back, so we each take one.
Mindy: Ha, 700 calories in 5 jumping jacks! If I could do that, much as I love Cathe, I wouldn't need her.

I'm southern Ohio, so no snow! I won't complain, although sledding and hot chocolate sounds fun. I'm sure I'll get my chance this winter.
