FitnessFreak - 1 hr rotation for fat lost

Cathlete
Hi, FitnessFreak,

I like all your rotations. However, due to my daughter's training routine, I have to give up my own workout time. I would like you or any of experts here to give me the advice for fat burning - muscle toning 1 hr workout routine.

I used to response well with Cathe's videos to loss weight and toning muscles. But I can not afford more than one hour per day ever since my DD's training level spike up. I eat rather clean. Actually, I just got my annual blood test back. All items are normal. It is better than last year. I guess that was due to I paid attention to what I ate. However, I sat too many hours. My work is mostly sitting in front of computer for most of the day. In the AM, I have to sit there watching my DD practice on ice. I take train to work which is also sitting. The only thing I do consistently is working briskly about 20 min from train station to my work. I tried to work out in the gym 1~3 time during the week. But it does not showing anything.

I have most of Cathy's video. I am big fan of her.;-). Could you come out some rotation which I can finish within one hour.

Thanks

Wantfit,
I'm sorry to say that I really don't have time to do another rotation right now. I have at least 5 on my list to get done pretty soon. The ladies here are all very patient and I thank them for that.

Can you pm me with your request and I will get one done for you when I can. Again, I'm sorry that I can't do one right away.

Like you, I really enjoy Debbie's rotations. In fact, I'm doing one of hers right now. Since Debbie can't get back to you with a personal rotation right now, I thought you might want to consider Cathe's "timesaver" rotation. Although this is technically a "maintenance" focused rotation, it may work for you if it increases the amount of time you spend working out. Additionally, you might also check out some of the premixes ... there are frequently "timesaver" versions of her workouts.

Good luck!

Hey, Debbie - Thanks!

Debbie -

I came to the forums today hoping to find a rotation like this and here it is! :) :) :) Thank you, thank you, thank you! In about a week I'm going to be real busy at work for about 3 weeks and I was worried about fitting my workouts in. I think this will be wonderful. Just thought I'd let you know your hard work is appreciated.
