I just recently sprained my ankle it suddenly occured to me that it would be really nice to have fitness videos specializing in things that people with sprained ankles can do. Upper body strength training, leg
raises, push ups, and whatever else is feasible.
Cardio wise, the only activity that comes to mind is swimming but surely there must be something else!
