So what about the Wave fitness hopeful from Firm. It looks like a mix of a Bosu and wobble board. When you do step on it why not just use a step and when you wobble on it why not use a wobble board or bosu?

In Jari Love I do use the 3 lbs for shoulder press as she does about 300 reps. I am not sure that I could go back to that but maybe for a change (in a long time).

Don't hate....
I have Tracy Anderson's mat workout and I like it:eek:
I don't agree with her idea that women shouldn't pick up anything heavier than 3lbs, bulking etc:rolleyes:. I like barre work, and TA's mat workout is actually really good. I like Squeeze too, but the word squeeze is used waaay too much!

I bought The Wave just before I discovered Cathe. It is useful if you don't have a Bosu or wobble board, and it combines step in the mix. It's an ok workout, not very challenging for cardio, really bad if you have any knee issues, but it adds great definition to calves. I'm doing it once per week now, and soon it's going to join my "wild card" stack of 20 DVDs I rotate one per week, so that I only use one workout once per 5 months.
