Fitness Freak---need help

I would be eternally grateful if you can help me put a weight loss rotation together. I'm so confused on how much weights to do vs. cardio. Here are the dvds I have

All Gym Styles
4 day splits
B&G
Imax 2 and 3
Kickmax, KPC
Muscle Max
High Step Challenge
Step Blast
Drill Max
BodyMax 2
Cardio Fusion

I was doing the Gym Styles but keep reading that it seems pointless to try and build muscle when what I need to do is lose fat. Can you help me out with a rotation?

I don't have time to do up rotations, I'm sorry. If you want to try to come up with rotation I'll tweak it for you. Or check out the links we have on here with different rotations. The ones I've done up have a generic breakdown and you can plug in your own workouts.

I understand that its hard but not impossible. What I'm doing is one circuit workout per week and cardio on the other days. I alternate hike/jog days and step days. It seems to be working in spite of everything. I also do one day of core work and yoga/stretching in the evening.
 
Ok, which ones from all the rotations listed under your name would be best for fat loss at advanced level? I saw the thread with all your rotations listed.
