Fitness Freak My First Post and First Question

Hi Fitness Freak,

This is my first post and my first question...

I have been working out with Cathe for about 2 years. Since working out with 4DS I have really gotten results...so my body responds well to these type of workouts. (I come from a gene pool of apples). I've used S&H, Pure Strength, Pyramids, and Gym Styles and various cardio workouts of Cathe's.

I am 44 years old, 5'4", 130 lbs. I remember reading a post of yours a while back where you stated at one time you were "fluffy". This is the stage I'm in. I seem to have a layer of fluff on my arms, abs, and legs. The only cut part of my body is my back. (I realize I may never see my abs - gene pool and all, but would love to lean up my arms and legs). I match Cathe in weights on all her workouts, even a little heavier on some of the older stuff.

I can't find your old post, so, could you please share with me the weight/cardio rotation you used to get rid of the "fluffy"?

I do eat clean with a cheat meal once or twice a week. Should my ratio's be 40/30/30?
