I just wanted to share the title of a book I just got done reading that I found pretty interesting and useful. It explains in laymen's terms, without being too basic, alot of physiology behind fat loss, how different foods we eat effect the body in different ways, etc. It was published in 1997 but seems very up-to-date despite being 5 years old. The book has a few typos, but overall a good read.

That guy writes alot of articles for bodybuilding magazines. I have seen his name in FLEX, and Muscle & Fitness. I am sure he knows his stuff. Thanks for the info!!!!
