Then step onto Pearl Street for some lunch and lastly, climb the Flatirons.
Take in the fresh high altitude air and see you back in Jersey for Cathe Live!

I wish I had the time to make a mini vacation out of this trip but I didn't...boo Thank you for the wonderful suggestions though. Sounds beautiful.
