Fitball U@L Body Challenge?

Has anybody tried Cheryl Soleway's Upper and Lower Body Fitball Challenge workouts? I did both vids today and they are tough! I did them both after doing a Cathe workout so that might have had something to do with it. Anyway, they really challenge your balance on the stability ball and have some good core work as well.

I have both those tapes. They are really good, especially the UB. Great core work. :p

I need to rearrange my schedule. I have so many good videos (too many really) that I don't do often enough because I don't have enough time to fit them all in. I'd have to start exercising 2-3 hours a day just to get most (notice I didn't say all, just most) of my videos into a regular rotation.

Yes! I have the tapes. I like the LB better than the UB, although I like the ABS sections on the UB. I combined PLB pyramid up with the Fitball LB for a really good workout. I just wish the fitball tapes were on dvd and you could select the section you wanted.-joy
