I am so excited. We finally are getting FIT tv here in OKC in June. I hardly watch television, but , was extremely disappointed when we first got our digital cable and fit tv was not there.

You are Lucky!! We don't get Fit TV. Of course, we get to see COMMERCIALS for Fit TV on all of the other Discovery network channels, but that's all.

You'd think it would be a basic channel for cable tv, but no such luck!!

Good for you! We've had it since the beginning. There are a lot of things that get played over, but you'll be impressed with all the variety!

I hate to be a party pooper, but it's kind of boring. I rarely even see Cathe on it that much anymore.

I have it and cathes workouts are played twice in the mornings monday through friday. In denver it's at 6am and 9 am. Two different workouts each day. They replay the same stuff a lot but still I like it. I tivo iy everyday and delete the ones I have on tivo already. Also usually one weekend day they will play her as well.

Great news for you, Diane Sue! I've been enjoying FitTV- especially Cathe!- for a couple years and I'll warn you that it can be addictive! One of my daily routines is searching the guide for Cathe workouts that I need/want to record. lol My roommate thinks I'm very strange for watching Cathe for entertainment. I have to admit that I wonder about my normalcy sometimes, too, but it's just so fascinating and motivating to watch her workouts! ;)

Connie you can watch them without doing them! Wow that is self control...I see cathe and I am up and working oit no matter how much I have done that day in workouts.

LOL, Terri! I doing it in my head right along with Cathe- kind of psyche myself up for the future! LOL Alas, the future IS now! I started my first Cathe rotation today and it was awesome! No more "just watching" for me! :D

Hope your expectations aren't too high. It may be great for those who can't afford to buy Cathe's workouts, but if you already own the workouts, as I'm sure you do, Diane Sue, you haven't been missing much.
 
I doubt I will be bored with it. I do have all of Cathe's dvd's. I used to watch body shaping, body by jake and many others all of the time. I guess I just can't stay away from anything relatesd to fitness:)

Oh that is great! I didn't even know I had it till about 3 weeks ago when I was flipping channels.. I did one cathe workout and I Was hooked.. You can go to FitTV.com and see what show are on for the entire month. I have it all planned out which cahte workouts are on. She also has one on on Thursday nights I think.. it's only 1 night per week at 6pm here (EST) that she also has a workout on. Have fun!
