Fit Tv schedule

Hi. New to Cathe! Love her style. Question regarding the schedule on FitTv and which dvds to purchase. I don't mind plopping down some $$$ for dvds, but would not like to duplicate anything that is on tv. Anyone who watches her on tv and have her videos hopefully would give me any thoughts on this. Thanks so much!
 
I have MOST of Cathe's DVD's and I also have FitTv. The Bodyblast series, the Intensity Series, and the Slow and Heavy Series are the ones featured on FitTv. HOWEVER, most of these workouts are right at or over 60 minutes in length and some of it is edited/cut out for FitTv.

You may want to consider ordering the Intensity Series or The Bodyblast series. Each of these DVD's contain premixes that are GREAT for customizing the workouts.

Also, the Cross Train Express DVD set is a must-have. So much versatility and options. I also like Cathe's Bodyblast Timesaver DVD. I hope this helps.

If you want the real version with premixes, get the dvd. You can't go wrong with the Intensity Series. I also taped a few from FitTv to see what additional dvds I wanted to order. I ended up getting the whole Intensity Series and making my collection more complete. You are better off getting the uncut, unedited version. Plus you get bonus workouts, where she combines portions of 2 workouts. I haven't regretted a single purchase. I don't believe she shows Circuit Max or Cardio Kicks. These are 2 great vids. You will like not having to rewind and FF over commercials.:)
