Fit TV DVD's

Does anyone know what's up with those Cathe Fit TV DVD's? Are they shorter than the "real" workout? I saw some on ebay and was just curious.

Yes, they ARE shorter...the Fit TV work outs are shorter b/c of commercial breaks thus so are the dvds.

From what was previous posted the DVD's are not TV version. They are shorter, meaning no premixes and no introductory. From the understanding they are the FULL DVD version that anyone would get from cathe.com only minus the above mentioned.
