Fit TV - Cathe, how did they discover you?

I was just curious.......how did you get your vids on Fit TV? Did they approach you? You are such a wonderful person with AWESOME workouts I can't believe they haven't seen you sooner, but I'm sure glad that they finally did.

Hi Marcia! Thank you so much! Yes, they approached us. Discovery Health Channel had also aired our workouts a few years back on a program that at that time was called Custom Fit. Take Care!

That's right! I remember that show - Custom Fit - in fact, that was the FIRST time that I saw you doing IMAX 1, fell in love from there and haven't done anything, but your workouts since.

Cathe, I've read about you on the different forums, but only got to really "see" you on Fit TV, and am now an enthusiastic fan! Love your style and personality, and of course, the workouts too! So I owe a big thanks to Fit TV. I only wish they had you on more often and only you - I'm not that interested in the Navy seal training stuff. ;-) :7
