I use mine for modified pull-ups and inverted rows. I have handles on straps that I wrap around the bar and they allow me to have a neutral grip, too. Lately I've been using my tower to do elevated push-ups with straight legs (instead of down on my knees) so I can build to doing them "Cathe-style". I started with the bar around 5 and am working my way down. I love my tower and use it a lot!
