Fit Split Mixed Impact Cardio & Kickboxing

I completed FS mixed impact cardio and FS kickboxing. The mixed impact cardio reminds me of cardio slam from Strong and Sweaty (which I really enjoy), just at a somewhat faster pace. When it comes to kickboxing, I prefer straight kickboxing with a focus on form, rather than cardio kickboxing. I also like longer combos that build up on each side to completion before moving on to the other side. That being said, I can envision one or two of the kickboxing combos coming in handy when I need to move and am short on time. FS is a very enjoyable series.

Tomorrow is my FS Pull and bonus abs. I’m looking forward to it. :):)
