Good morning everyone...
I'm going to be doing Push/Pull this afternoon but may switch it around if I feel I need more cardio today. Dragging a little this a.m. so I'll see what happens after a little coffee.
(Obviously, Sabine, I didn't get up early- again!)

Lizzy, I do find I stick to a rotation if I'm with a group. Otherwise, I find myself slacking a lot. I'm trying to set up a rotation for myself to follow for the next few weeks before Christmas. I'll post it and will try to include more CTX and intensity series so anyone who doesn't have the Body Blast can join.
Then it looks like Body Blast for Jan.:)
