Good morning ladies. I hope you all are having a good day. I am going Christmas shopping this afternoon with my daughter, so I will not be able to get back on. I will be all done after today, and actually I only have a few odds and ends pieces to buy. I asked JillyBean for a leg rotation like Cathe posted, abnd she emailed me one I am going to get started on today. My legs will never look like Cathe's, but if they just looked a little better, I would be happy!!!n It is snowing here, I live in MI, big, beautiful flakes. I really do not like snow, but it really looks very Christmasy out, and beautiful. Hope everyone has a good day.

Hey Lori have fun shopping with your daughter. (forgive me if you already told us but..)how old is your daughter? My youngest is 20 almost 21 and I like to go shopping with her, even though I'm not too fond of shopping in general. I may get a chance this weekend. She just returned from 3 1/2 months in London. (I'm in Florida)

And that is why I didn't work out this morning. So she wouldn't be disturbed at 5 am.

Lori can you share the leg rotation? I'm not fond of working legs. Mine have always been kind of skinny with little or no butt. They are better now then ever but I could still use a little help.

Brenda as far as KPC goes, to me, the trick with it is the more you put in the more you get out of it. And the key seems to be holding your abs tight. Well, that is an oversimplification. Or maybe you just don't like kickboxing.

I was thinking of posting a topic about a bizarre incident in my area. I'm a little shy about starting topics though, and I don't want to sound like a ghoul. So I'll sound like one here instead ;-)

A 27 year old mother was out for her daily jog at 6:30 am on Tuesday 12/9, about the time it starts getting light here. It appears she was NOT wearing headphones. A 40 foot Magnolia tree fell over on her and killed her!!! City workers came to clear the tree out of the road and discovered her body. Now how's that for a long shot!! It would be much easier to be struck my lightning - in the desert for heaven's sake!
