Fit for T-day Tuesday

no checkin yet for today? where is everyone? had a great 45 minute workout this morning at 5a.m. I struggled getting up again but after 5 minutes i was fine. diet has been spot on. i had more energy this morning i think b/c of my cheat meal. hope you all had a good day
 
You finely had your cheat day. Good for you, and for holding out for that day.

HI all!

checkin in... workout done ~ still doing November rotation! starting week 3... It's sorta fun as I have never had such a regimented routine to stick with before... I always just winged it and tried to alternate between LB and UB... or what ever I felt like doing for the day!

still struggling with eating, but am not going to stress myself out because of the holidays... I will do what I can and try to watch what I eat, but will start fresh after New Years and hit it hard... especially with STS!

only a little over a week to go... think we are having a small intimate dinner, just the two of us... think cornish game hens in lieu of huge turkey... I'm not a leftover freak, so it would just go to "waist" (pun definately intended!) :)

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile, but I read every day, and have been following along. I did my fit test today, Thank The Lord! It's over, I got an 86, not as bad as I thought, and don't have to do it until next year. I ran the 1.5 mile in 14 min 30 sec, a full minute slower than last year. Not getting any younger. Diet has been OK, well bad. I am going to DC for a conference tomorrow until Sunday, and then will start doing Cathe again! YEAH! I did just running the past month in anticipation of the fit test, and have been neglecting Cathe, but now I can do whatever I want for my workout! Now to choose a rotation... Hope everyone has been doing well.

Dani, Good job staying with the November rotation, you are a rock. If you're interested in doing the December one, and it looks good, maybe we can do it together.

Kariev, as always, it's a pleasure to see you commit every day to being healthy. I am dying to know what was worthy enough to be your cheat meal. Maybe it will inspire me to be as picky ;)

Hope all is well with you. What is your Mee doing? My interpretation is that she is having a mini-breakdown b/c she is sick of watching football, or maybe I'm projecting :rolleyes:
