Hello T-dayers,
Sorry I haven't posted in awhile, but I read every day, and have been following along. I did my fit test today, Thank The Lord! It's over, I got an 86, not as bad as I thought, and don't have to do it until next year. I ran the 1.5 mile in 14 min 30 sec, a full minute slower than last year. Not getting any younger. Diet has been OK, well bad. I am going to DC for a conference tomorrow until Sunday, and then will start doing Cathe again! YEAH! I did just running the past month in anticipation of the fit test, and have been neglecting Cathe, but now I can do whatever I want for my workout! Now to choose a rotation... Hope everyone has been doing well.
Dani, Good job staying with the November rotation, you are a rock. If you're interested in doing the December one, and it looks good, maybe we can do it together.
Kariev, as always, it's a pleasure to see you commit every day to being healthy. I am dying to know what was worthy enough to be your cheat meal. Maybe it will inspire me to be as picky

Hope all is well with you. What is your Mee doing? My interpretation is that she is having a mini-breakdown b/c she is sick of watching football, or maybe I'm projecting
