Fit for T-Day: TGIF!!!!

YAY its finally friday!!!! Did my circuit this morning interspersed with elliptical sprints. It was EXTREMELY hard to get going this morning. What helped was thinking about the patients i treat who can't even get out of the hospital bed. I said to myself "your able to do this so don't take it for granted" After that thought i popped right up and had a great workout! Now its off to work. I'm looking forward to the weekend for some R and R. Hope you ladies are well.

Kariev-you're absolutely RIGHT......there are so many people who simply, physically, cannot even get out of bed. We are fortunate and sometimes take our health for granted too often!!! Great job!

Me...I'm sorry to have been MIA lately. I've had a bit of a hectic week, and I let it throw off my workout schedule. I've been waking up later, missing my workouts and being too busy later in the day to do it. SO.....I've backed up a bit in the November rotation that I'm following and today was PS Legs & Abs.

Tonight is our next BIG PTA event at the school, so that's what I've been busy with. But there's nothing more I can do until the actual event tonight, so I'm letting it go for now.

Morning everyone. Missed my pm w/o last night but at least took yoga yesterday at lunch. DH was home last night and was on my way to gym and he seemed sad i was leaving and i know normally that would not stop me but . . . he works a lot and i would have gave him a super hard time if he hadn't been home and went out with friends since he only can come home 2 nights a week early so figured that i should stay home. anyhoo my belly is hurting today not sure why but enough of complaining it is Finally Friday!! Yea.

Gayle no worries about the missed workouts b/c you are back on track again in life there is no way possible to workout everyday for the rest of your life so every now and again is okay :) as long as you hop right back into it which you have!!

Kariev- awesome workout and good thought about that we can and we should always remember that and i will try to now each time im lagging like now hehehe jk.
 
banslug: don't feel to bad about missing your workouts. once your life settles down a bit you will be back on schedule. sometimes as we pile more on our plates other things get shuffled around but eventually our normal routine comes back around:)

eriniski: sorry about your tummy ache. I can totally relate about not wanting to leave your husband to go to the gym. this is another reason i do my workouts in the morning while he's still sleeping. we both work so much and lately it seems like we haven't seen much of each other. i can't imagine finally getting home and then having to leave again to go workout. we just plop on the couch together and talk about each others day. hope you feel better:)
