Hi ladies, hope you all had a nice weekend. I woke up this morning in a crabby mood. I think its from having to work in the acute care part of the hospital. I just don't like that setting. I've been thinking lately of switching my workouts to later in the day or early evening b/c i'm just burnt out from waking up between 5-6 a.m. to get them in. I feel like the early morning wokrouts make me hungrier throughout the day and i can't push myself as hard as when i've been awake for a while. That being said, i didn't workout yet and plan to do so when i get home around 4 or so. I created an intense circuit training routine for today but i'm not sure if i'm going to do it.
Each exercise group is supersetted and each chunk of 3 exercises (incliding the sprints) are performed 3 times through before moving to the next batch of exercises.
1) pushups
plie' squat
sprint for 1 min on treadmill at 8mph
2) lat pulldowns
deadlifts
sprint for 1 min
3) tricep dips
single leg calf raise
sprint
4) hammer curl
reverse crunch
sprint
5) rear shoulder fly
oblique crunch
sprint
