Morning ladies. So i slept completely through my alarm this morning. The song that my alarm was playing got incorporated in my dream. So needless to say, no workout this A.M. I feel a bit runned down this morning and i feel pretty hungry even though i already ate breakfast. Depending on how i feel i will try and workout when i get home. If i'm too tired i will just do it tomorrow or on sunday. I was thinking of just working out everyother day. Like mon, wed,frid, sun and then the following week would be tues, thurs, sat, then back to mon. i just feel like with the intensity of my circuits i'm not getting enough recovery time when i do cardio on the inbetween days. however, its usually pretty hard for me to get workouts in on the weekend so i'm not sure if that would work. i would love to just crawl back into bed right now
