Fit for T-Day Friday!!!!!!

Morning ladies. So i slept completely through my alarm this morning. The song that my alarm was playing got incorporated in my dream. So needless to say, no workout this A.M. I feel a bit runned down this morning and i feel pretty hungry even though i already ate breakfast. Depending on how i feel i will try and workout when i get home. If i'm too tired i will just do it tomorrow or on sunday. I was thinking of just working out everyother day. Like mon, wed,frid, sun and then the following week would be tues, thurs, sat, then back to mon. i just feel like with the intensity of my circuits i'm not getting enough recovery time when i do cardio on the inbetween days. however, its usually pretty hard for me to get workouts in on the weekend so i'm not sure if that would work. i would love to just crawl back into bed right now:( I have no motivation today. Hope you ladies are well.
 
Kariev-the song in the dream thing happens to me all the time! :) I like your idea of doing every-other-day workouts. I did that for a short time, when I started feeling myself getting burned out. WHen I scheduled it for every other day, then the 'pressure' was off of me every other day. Then, I found that I had to motivation to get in a workout on my OFF day, and really worked it hard. Then when I needed a rest day, I just took it. (did that make ANY sense to you at ALL? LOL)

I can't believe T-Day is next week already. We get our Christmas tree and decorate the weekend after T-Day, so that's NEXT WEEKEND already! YIKES! I can't believe how this year has FLOWN!

This morning's workout was Low Max, on the November rotation. One more workout for this week and then it's onto the final week of the rotation! YAY!

well, never got to workout today. i didn't get home till 5 and then my hubby wanted to go to dinner at 6 so i decided i'm not going to rush working out. i was pretty tired anyway and it was the last thing i felt like doing (which is why i workout in the morning) anyways, i'm going to get up in the morning and get my workout in tomorrow. Diet has been great. Looking forward to my cheat on sunday and i'm especially looking forward to my T-day cheat! Hope you ladies are having a good friday.

banslug: what is your next rotation going to be? congrats on making it through a rotation. Its hard for me to stick to one routine for 4 weeks. Good work!
