Hello ... It's been a while. But, I am back on the fitness wagon.
I was going through a rough patch there for a while but I am healing well.

To help motivate myself daily, I have created a blog. The blog covers my personal ranting - what I have learnt about stuff (fitness, self, LOA, blogging )blah blah.

October 2007 - I am starting a new campaign. This involves fitness articles (take a sneak peak at the URL below because October 1st, this article is moving to my blog where you can comment once posted).

So question:
1. To Cathe staff and forum moderator:
I would like to copy some of the images from your site so I can properly promote Cathe's products. Is that going to be okay? I have already downloaded 1 image (let me know if I should not have and I will remove it promptly).

2. To members
I am looking for some help in compiling reviews for Cathe's workouts so I can post and hopefully motivate others to stay healthy. Can I count on some of you to provide these reviews in Microsoft Word format? You will get 100% credit to the article and the rest of you will get to comment on your experience using that particular video.

See, I only have a few of Cathe's DVDs. I can write reviews on what I have but I haven't purchased any new tapes since Body Blast Series because I haven't been able to afford them. Actually, I did purchase all the VHS that CKsales was clearing out - that was like last Christmas or so.

Your response will help me plan accordingly.

ARE THERE ANY P90X fans here? Because I am a huge fan too - and am planning the same for P90X series. I generally do Cathe cardio in the a.m. and P90X in the PM and create combine rotations.
