I'm supposed to take 2000 mg of fish oil, but I'm not sure what to take...What is the best type/brand of fish oil? Where do you get it?

Thankyou!\

Nordic Naturals
Complete 3-6-9

My whole family takes it (except me, I am a veggie head) They use non- mercury fish and are one the only brands that pass of pharmaceutical standards. They are 3-partied tested and have "no detected levels of metals, dioxins, or PCBs."

They are more expensive, but you know you are getting quality. My DH gets them on the web, but my mom gets them at Whole Foods :)

I take Andrew Weil's Omega-3/Fish Oil capsules, also well-tested and mercury-free. I appreciate that there's no fishy aftertaste. Amazon has the best price on them, and you can do an automatic shipment plan with them.
