First Post-Road Trip Workout and New Moves Learned

What a fun and exciting weekend it was!

I hope everyone made it back from the Road Trip safely.

I am curious as to what you all did for your first post-Road Trip workouts today? Despite being quite sore all over, I did about a 2 mile jog with my dog and some stretching this morning.

Also, I thought it would be cool to share what new moves we learned on the Road Trip. For me, I had never seen the close-grip, cross-thumbed upright row with the barbell that Cathe did during Sunday morning's high step class. I really felt that exercise in my shoulders!

Hi, Linda. My first Post-Road Trip workout this morning was Rhythmic Step. I and another road-tripper went back to the gym after breakfast and worked out again. We did a complete weight circuit on the weight machines. I am very sore from it, although I am convinced the shoulder workout we got on Sunday's High Step workout is the reason for my shoulders being so very sore!

Hi Linda and Gayle...my gosh, I'm impressed...I'm too sore/tired to work out today, LOL!! I'm waiting until tomorrow (maybe even the next day) those 3 workouts on Saturday plus the fitness relay did me in for a few days! lol...Gayle... you guys went back AFTER breakfast and worked out??!! You guys are (as my teenage son would say) hardcore! :)
