Mary, DOMS are better, still lots in the pecs. Your story about better support was funny. Can you believe one morning I got down in my workout room and once I got to a more serious part of the warm up I realized I forgot my bra!

I plan on doing STS again some day, don't know when. I looked at that STS rotation with the STS cardio and i don't think I'll be able to do it. This STS cardio seems much more unfriendly on my body. My right knee and right foot (PF) is feeling the brunt of it.
So, today, I got up late (notice a theme here Murphy?), I didn't have any specific workout planned, I finally decided on Cardio Core (for some strange reason I thought it would be good to get the core work (even though I can't really do it) and thought the workout wouldn't be all that bad.....WELL, after the warmup when she repeated the first cardio cycle, I said, I do not have the energy, gotta pick something else, now time is really wasting (I had a conf call I had to get on), so now had to pick something at 30 min. Finally decided on 4ds LIS cardio step. It all turned out good (foot hurt a bit). I definitely have tomorrow's workout planned now and low impact for a while...so I'll do the bike for 30 min with my other free cardio coach workout....then this weekend I want to write up a nice review for them (even though they said they didn't expect a formal one, but they deserve it).
Back to work now.......I see you are feeling the work strain now Mary, waaa! I just want to play all day!
