Hi everyone.

It has been a long time since I posted or talked to you guys. I hope all is well with you guys. I know most of you remember me.
Okay here it is…..
1. Last workout 9/16/04… a day before BD.
2. Shortly after, went into a deep depression lost 15 Lbs (can’t go into detail at this time)
3. Started smoking again haven’t smoked in 20 years.
4. Quit smoking yesterday…and ate all day……….lunges feel much better
5. Diet shot to Hell, I mean shot…
6. I stopped taking my vitamins. I stopped taking pride in myself.
7. No water in weeks/months…
8. I look like ####
9. I’m looking older / winkles under my eyes from crying all day all night…
10. Not feeling sexy at all
11. Skin has broken out.
12. Stayed away from family and friends. To embarrass didn’t want anyone to see me like this.
13. I am 48 seems to me I was a sexy 48 now just 48 ;o) ;o)
I could go on and on…..Now I’m trying to find ME again. Believe me, I know the benefits in working out I have been working out for 20 years or more…..
I never went through anything like this in my life. I have been eating fast foods everyday just trying to get my weight back up. And, now weight 140lbs and very happy with that. I’d like to go back to 132/135 with exercising and proper eating as I have always done.
GOOD NEWS
I’m working out tonight……….I’m working out tonight, for the first time in 3 1/2 months.I’m so excited. I know I’m not going to make it through a complete tape. But I’m making the effort YEAH…
I’m starting to get sooooooooo exited about it.. What happened to me I REALLY DON’T KNOW. But your support has always helped and encourage me. Thanks for listening.’
I understand as we live from day by day, #### does happen And maybe this was my time I don’t understand it. But I just want to find my way back.
