Finding A Check-In

I was thinking about joining a check-in, but I don't know how to figure out the "theme" (can't think of a better word for it) of the different ones. Can anyone tell me what the focus or workout style or whatever other common thread runs through some of the various check-ins? (In other words, is the check-in for e.g. women over 50, or people losing weight, or moms lifting weights, etc.)
 
Hi petramom, we have a check-in for eating for those of us trying to follow Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. We always title it with "Catheletic Supporters Week of X". We were checking in in Diet and Nutrition but have moved to the Challengers and Checkins board.

So for everyone out there who is following the book, please check in with us! Some of us also post our workouts there.

The cheetahs are a welcoming & supportive group who share a love of running. Not all of us are as fast as the name implies. :)
 
50 and over was started because we(me) feel my age sometimes. Knees and hips aren't what they used to be. We have to modify many of the exercises but we're not giving up exercising.
Many of us are starting sts when it get's here.

Hi Petramom,

There is also a group called "Lurker Invitations, January" for people who are new and inquisitive, or who are a little shy. You may last until you are no longer new, and that's OK. Sounds like you have great choice of which check in groups to choose from. Have fun, cause all of them are great.
