This morning, instead of doing S&H Chest/Back, I decided to start my 1RM tests. Boy, I'm stronger than I think - even after shoulder surgery! I did almost all of the 4 and 5 star exercises before I pooped out - but will test for those during the week. I was thrilled when I entered my results in the WM and then went to view workout cards and, yup, there it was, the %'s already figured out for me. LOVE LOVE LOVE Cathe and Crew!
I'm off to hunt for exercise equipment (gliding discs, slanted risers and extra risers for step, med ball).
I also tried the stability ball ab circuits - that's a tough one and I don't see myself doing it again anytime soon - not because it's a bad workout, but all the prone position exercises really killed my shoulder after my 1RM testing... I'll try the yoga or pilates-based workout next.
I am SO glad I ordered this series! Ladies and gents - we are all going to be ROCKIN' this summer!
