I have been waiting for them for ages ... shipping messed up and forgot my apartment number so they got sent back to Edmonton then last night they arrived. I was going slowly insane and even bought Yoga Zone and some crappy Bellydance video.
I tackled IMAX 2 last night...and lived. I don't own IMAX so this was my first interval workout. There were threads that say it's more do-able than the original. Thank goodness.
I loved:
1. ski hops!!!
2. that it was fast
3. so that's what flying angels are...cute move.
4. the Pina Colada section...elephant stomps and v-steps!
While I was doing it, couldn't remember which interval was the one everyone kept saying was "crazy"...and this one interval was just killing me! I was thinking " WHAT THE #$%^???" and then it hit me...THIS had to be it. The one with the plie thingies??? But it was a cool section the way it was put together. I liked it.
I rested for an hour and did PUB. Shoulders killed me, must buy 3 lbs dbs. Biceps...that hurt. I was previewing everything and it's funny how you start to understand what stuff you're more fond of. I'd have to say the Pyramids and IM2 and C&W will be used the most and ME will be used in parts.
Boot camp ... I did the core only and liked the oblique work.
Everyone looked amazing...Jai is absolutely gorgeous! The few close up shots she had showed some pretty amazing delts. She was cut!
