What are the 'horseshoe heads" of the tricep? Cathe says it all the time in HC triceps and that's the first time I've heard that.

Actually, she says "horseshoe legs" (and sooo many times, how could you forget?;-) )

LOL you are right! How could I get that wrong. Once she says horseshoe I'm off thinking *what the H? There she goes with that horseshoe thing again. I need to find out what she means.* So glad I finally posted, now I can just enjoy the workout

I'm still confused by the 2 pic links here. Shelly... in that diagram you posted... what is in the white part with no name? I can see the blue part of the diagram looking like a horseshoe just fine, and the legs are what attaches to the elbow. Then I look at pinky's link and don't see the same thing. Oh well, I'm making this harder than it needs to be. At least I know what she's talking about now. THANKS!
