I just started this week doing AM workouts - I am using a split rotation with the CTX series in the morning........
For some reason this is working for me because the cardio sections are only 30 mins long, which is not as daunting as 60 mins of cardio. By the end of the cardio sections I am rearing to lift weights and hit some abs -
I just wanted to share bc I have struggled for YEARS trying to get my workouts started in the morning! Plus it gives me more time to walk the dog at night and work on my legs (trying to lift 4-5X per week on legs)...............
