Finally conquered PRS#1 premix

I have PRS#2. And always avoided the premixes with PRS#1. But this weekend, I decided to give it a go. . And after a few tries was able to do the routine with no issues. Lots of fun! Now I might get the first one. I love step and enjoy Cathe' s routines the most.
 
I love both of the PRS routines! PRS 2 is more athletic and physically demanding, while PRS 1 is more intricate and mentally demanding, but both are great in their own way, and the premixes that combine them are so fun.



I will never forget that the first time I tried PRS 1, I ended up with 12,000 steps on my Fitbit because I kept rewinding and trying again. But I don't feel frustrated when I don't get a Cathe step routine on the first try or three, because I know when I get it, it will be so fun and so worth it!



Also, I enjoy having the option of a cardio workout that does not exhaust me physically but does challenge me mentally. I put PRS 1, Step Moves, and Rhythmic Step in this category.
