Having done AfterBurn on Wednesday, my lower body is still achy and in knots today, even after I used Yoga Relax last night. So I decided to do Trisets Upper Body, and wow, I loved it! The moves are incredibly innovative, and the pace is just right for me. Two sets is so manageable. Sometimes I'm just too fried to do a third.

So far, I've also tried Athletic Training, Cardio Supersets, and Slide & Glide.

Cathe, you have really outdone yourself! This series is definitely superlative! So creative, inspired, and plain ole fun. The time flies by! You're so impressive to keep these fresh and new after all the workouts and moves you've created for us. Thank you for all the quality thought and work that goes into your products! The Low Impact Series is truly a gem! I especially love that you included yoga (felt guilty every time I didn't do a Cathe workout to do a yoga dvd), a barre workout (want to see what the rage is all about), and cycling (went back and ordered it, but have no spin bike!). The S&G discs are genius! Love the special space-saving DVD case and the overall graphics! You gals are looking so good!

By the way, I pre-ordered in mid-May and my workouts arrived on Monday! I'm in the Boston area (Hi to xschwarz; who else is in this area?).

Yes Betty! She hit it BIG with this series! I like advanced workouts and even though they are LI, they are killers! I am fighing a bad cough right now and just finished AT! OH MY!!! Because of my coughing (I KNOW I SHOULD TAKE A BREAK!) I had to take a few breathers. I was so happy to see the leg work at the end where I didn't have to move around. Well, except for that fireband walker drill! Geesh! Loving each & every workout in the series! So far, I've done S&G, AB, AT, TBTSS-UB, TB, LIC & CM! Love them all! I can't wait to work thru the rest of them! A very happy customer from Ohio! :D
 
I did AT for the first time today and don't have a cough Debbie, totally had to hit pause a few times! I was so glad when the step portion was over, but loved the workout. Loving everything about LIS so far. Don't know how Cathe does it, but she keeps getting better and better.
