figuring your activity level

This has been bothering me for a long time and I need advice. When figuring your activity factor for things like TDEE, I never know what to choose! I workout daily for up to 1 hr (using Cathe videos) but literally sit on my butt all day long beyond that. At work I sit in front of a computer and at home its in front of the computer or on the couch. I realize the videos are tough but I don'tthink I would be considered very active due to the rest of the day. I feel that honestly I would fall under sedentary or maybe one step above. Thoughts?

I'm in pretty much the same situation, though I'm bouncing up and down all day around the house, it's not really strenuous stuff. I'm thinking of going with the lowest choice and then factoring in my actual workout calories for the day instead. Would that even work?

That's what I do - I classify myself as sedentary. 1-2 hours of activity and 22-23 hours of doing nuthin' every day is not very active.

I consider myself moderately active

I do 5 days a week high intensity exercise & don't move around a whole lot otherwise, so I consider myself moderately active. It works out with figuring out my calorie requirements.
