Sandra,

I'm about to place my order, and I could use your advice. I'm ordering the Intensity series (minus the Terminator), and Rhythmic Step/MIC/IMAX. While reviewing the rotation, I noticed I am also lacking HSTA. Will HSC serve as a suitable substitute? What about core max and stretch max for ab hits and total body stretching?

Hi Pamela!

Yes, HSC will sub very well for HSTA, as will Ab Hits and TBS for CM and SM. Alternatively, for CoreMax, you could do a couple of the Intensity Series core workouts together. The core work in the IS is really, really good. A while ago Cathe posted an "ab marathon", which would also sub a CoreMax workout: PUB stability ball abs; ME abs; and KPC abs. It takes about 20 minutes, and works the core so well! So, you can get away without CM and SM. For StretchMax, just do two of the TBS segments.

You're getting the RS+ dvd too? That's terrific! Those are three cardio staples for anyone's collection.

Yes, we are. It's exciting knowing I'm doing the rotation with someone. BTW I have coremax and stretch max. I don't have ab hits and total body stretching. I ordered everything today, and I used the free shipping. Based on past experience, I should just get the pyramids in time for the rotation. If I don't, I tivo'd the fit tv versions.

Can't wait to get started!

Oops, I read your post wrong. Yes, absolutely Ab Hits and CoreMax are interchangeable, as are TBS and SM.

If you don't get the Pyramids by the weekend, let me know and I'll fill you in on the parts that are edited out.

What eating plan are you following, Pamela? You've done such a great job with your weight loss! I want to lose 12 pounds in about 12 weeks, starting tomorrow. I'm trying to do it via eating "clean" and doing the fatloss rotation. I took all my measurements yesterday, so I'm ready to go!
