For all of you people who have a sweet tooth, as do I, here is a recipe to get your cereal and fiber throughout the day.
I tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of Peanut butter, I also added a tablespoon of Tate and Lyles Syrup which if you're British you know how sweet that is, but that is optional. 1 10 oz bag of marshmallows. Throw in the peanut butter and butter and melt, then add the marshmallows till you have a creamy mixture (no lumps), then I added one cup of Kashi cereal and 2 cups of Bran Buds,(they are made by All Bran, but taste so much better than All Bran). The mixute will be very sticky, just keep stirring. Grease some foil lay in a pan and pour in the sticky mixture. Let cool then cut into squares. I drink tea and coffee and always want something sweet with it, so this is a perfect way for me to avoid chocolate, at least some of the time.
