Okay, it's official, you MUST have kangaroo in your blood. Either that, or you've had springs installed in your Rykas! Watching that clip of Drill Max was just unbelievable...you were all over the place! Then, add the fact that you just rehabbed a knee injury and it's, it's, it's...dare I say...SUPER HUMAN!

Once again, the drive and dedication you continuously display is awe inspiring and motivating beyond words. I tried some of the new moves on my own last night and now I know firsthand that we are in for some exciting new challenges ahead. And hey, I'm still working on the 72 straight leg push-ups in GS Chest!

Honestly, I know it sounds melodramatic, but I don't know if you could ever fully comprehend how you have enhanced my life. It started with a search on "how to get in shape for my wedding" and I've been with you every step (hop and plyo jack) of the way. Thank you for always giving your all. Don't EVER stop. EVER!
