Good morning everyone. I hope you all had a great holiday.
It has been nearly 2 weeks since I've stretched, stepped, lifted, or crunched. Before that, I exercised 4 to 5 times per week.
How do I get back on my fitness wagon? I consider myself at intermediate level. Should I start by getting out my basic step/body fusion DVD and work my way back up to IMAX2 and Bootcamp? Or do you think I can begin were I left off two weeks ago and just do what I can?
I love coming to these forums for advice. Everyone here is so knowledgeable.
