Feels Great!

Just wanted to share that ive been working out and eating well . it feels fabulous! I dont know why i fall off the wagon for months at a time.....then feel like a lazy ass HOTMESS, only to suffer thru getting back on track to REdiscover the endorphine high. But for now, im on the wagon and feeling motivated. Whoo HOO.

Jes, I can totally relate. I'm recently back on the wagon too and feel fabulous! But I'm also very self sabatoging and can fall off easily too and feel like crap!! This is probably the longest consistency I've kept up (since June 6th) I've had a slip or two but no falls!!
Stick with it. At least I'm finally seeing results this time!!
 
I think many of us fall off the wagon ocassionally. I know, I do. It is so hard to get back in the game, but once you get back to your routine it feels really good. I always promise myself I will not let it go again, but we are all humans...

Good for you! It is a nice feeling to workout.

This happens to me too often....

When ever I get back into exercising I wonder why did I stop doing it? Everyone falls off the wagon at times. It is easy to do. You get burned out. You get sick. Something better comes along. Not enough time in the day. Just remember you can always jump back in. If you ever don't feel like doing it? Just try working out for 15 minutes. If you feel like quiting then quit. Chances are you are going to finish and then you realize that it wasn't so bad after all.
 
A friend of mine quit smoking recently, but she wouldn't commit to never smoking again.
She just said, "For today, I am a non-smoker".
We too can look at today and say, "For today, I will stay on track."
Don't worry about tomorrow, just focus on eating healthy and living healthy today. If for some reason you did fall off the wagon tomorrow, thankfully you are always granted yet another day beyond that to start over and say, "For today, I will stay on track."
