Feel my pain? You cyclists will get a laugh!

Yesterday I did Imax2 all the way through. I haven't done it through because I usually only have time for half (and I think I had so psyched myself out about how hard it is).

Feeling very proud of myself and my workout consistency this week, I thought I'd try to get a bike ride in today, even though it should be a kettlebell day. My route isn't generally a hard one, only one difficult hill.

Today, though, I felt like every small hill was Mt. Everest. I only made it two loops before calling it quits. My legs are FRIED!

Guess I'm doing kettlebells after all, huh?
