Feel Bad for distributors..Please be kind

Hi Everyone,
Just chiming in as someone who ordered through CK Sales and have had great service from them always. They have had lots of grief with the unfortunate delays with this preorder which was totally out of their control (and Cathe's too I know) and now more grief and overwhelmed with calls and complaints about the DVDs freezing and their inability to offer the "gift" - something again out of their control

I don't speak up often (but enjoy reading everyone's input and advice - thanks!) but really felt the need to speak up now and remind everyone to please be fair to our fabulous distributors. I worry that if they get too much grief they will stop offering the preorders as they aren't worth the hassle.

Got my preorder today and am debating where to begin :D

PS - Also wanted to add that I am in no way implying that this is not a friendly and kind bunch as a rule :D
 
Jazzy where do you live? CK sales shipped my order 31 october and I still waiting my order.I live in Spain.Enjoy your new workouts.

I agree. I am so thankful to have CK Sales to order from. I have never ever had a problem ordering from them, and emails are answered so quickly. My sister one year was ordering me a Christmas present from them and they didn't know if they would have it in stock in time, and my sister told me that they were constantly updating her and helping her.

I've done business with CKSales in the past, and have always had friendly professional service.

I was frankly appalled at people's pettiness when I heard that CKSales was getting 'angry' calls from people who wanted the free gift (a 'gift' is at the discretion of the giver). It's not like they had any control over it.
 
Yes it's too bad the gift issue put them in a bad situation. Sure I'm disappointed that I waited over a year, much longer than others who received the gift, and had no idea as to when I would be incurring the expense of these DVDs (personally would have preferred to had paid up front when I ordered so it would have benn off my mind)but at no time did it dawn on me to take it out on CK Sales.
