Hello, I am really interested in your experiences when you got to week 7 of the STS 2.0 10 week rotation.
After completing the first workout of back/bi mishmosh premix, I recognized this was not going to be enough so I decided to do all of the individual body part workouts vs doing the mishmosh premixes.
I started STS 2.0 after completing STS 1.0 - excluding the last meso cycle of strength as I went straight into STS 2.0. The mishmosh premixes, in week 7 of the 10 week program, to me, just did not feel like I was working the muscles enough.
I am curious if anyone completed this stage of the 10 week rotation, just as the rotation was written, or if you made changes. Thanks for your feedback.
